Traffic manager missing buttons?

Out of nowhere most of the buttons available in TMPE disappeared, my game runs perfectly fine, and the buttons that remain are also working as intended. I thought it might be a unified UI problem and disabled it but the problem persists.

I found the problem and fixed it. In the overlays tab in TMPE all options were turned off somehow

Do you know how to keep traffic in my city to stay on highway when traveling across town rather than exiting early?

you must to go to option and then search for tmpe mod. after you found it you click it and there's menu.
