How do I control cars and people

I am seeing that we can control cars and people do I need a mod for this

Most of the first person mods are either buggy or don't work at all anymore.
You can try this one but backup your saves before hand to be prepared to rollback if there are issues.

Always read a mods description before subbing and give a thumbs up and a follow for the author.

There are a couple of "ride alongs" that lets you control (turn right or left) one at a time. The best way I've found to control them is to get rid of them.
