DLC Transfer to xbox one.
I have the deluxe edition of skylines on steam, and the default version on xbox. I was wondering if it is possible to transfer my dlcs to the xbox one version. I have linked my steam account to my paradox account, and my my microsoft accont to my paradox account, but the dlcs I know I have are still listed as "Avalible for purchase" on my xbox. They are listed as istaled on my steam version. However, when i visit paradoxplaza.com, skylines is not listed in my games. I am wondering if i have missed a step, and that i will not have to rebuy somthing i already have on another platform.

only UWP games are able to crossplay with one buy on Xbox or Windows. All other you have to buy each platform.
Thats called Binding (to one plattform or console or brand) or money making.
