Report a translation problem
clearly a mod issue
Error in the game : Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]
This is problem train, bus, no tourist, no use of public transport, boat that does not moor.
Subscribe to this and don't forget to enable in content manager/ mods section of the game:

Relaunch your save and a report will be created.
To get to your loading screen mod report folder use the followimg path.
C:\Users\_Username_\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Reports

TMPE has been updated, the public transport issues are fixed but they are still bug hunting with it, so if your having issues with it, try the mod above and track down any misssing assets then try disabling TMPE again, if that mod helps resolved your error message then it maybe best to leave it for a few days before enabling TMPE again, although i use TMPE and have no issues.
