quad-core 2 memory.

CS needs i5 or i7 and at least 8, but better 16-32 .
please find the MINIMAL systemspecs for CS
You will be able the run simple games from steam of yesteryear.

If you have a PC that can run Cities, and stream that to your Vision via Steam Link maybe?
Can't think how to use mods like Move it and PLT with it! Capture Points are so small.

2 GB RAM? Lol, that tablet will have trouble running any game designed for a PC and definitely not this one which requires at least 6GB for the base game alone without any custom content.
£132.99 multiplicate it with 11 and then you have a accurate Pc to run it.
Calculation without a Monitor.

Which configuration did you choose? Which cpu, RAM capacity and there is no mention of a gpu.
Hmm the i3 will just about do but 8GB means you won't be able to handle much custom content and you may need to restrict yourself to smaller cities.
Good luck with it.
i use my home pc mainly, just use the 360 when i am on a layover on my coach
