Low land value for water front homes
So I was looking at my land value today and say that some WATER FRONT HOMES had low land value. There on the flipping water. They should have high land value. Now this is only with some homes. The others have very high land value

I usually have trouble bringing all services to the waterfront due to height difference. The rest of the neighbourhood get's full coverage, but the long road along the waterfront has less coverage. Check what those houses could be missing.

Building schools and other services along the waterfront kind of defeats the purpose, so I usually have to upgrade the buildings in the neighborhood to a bigger radius version, or build more roads.

That being said, the waterfront, quays or just the location should count as several parks. (Unless there is water pollution.)

Build few parks/ piers/ beaches and land value goes up.

What's the betting there's a long walk to the nearest bus stop?

I have schools, parks and services. I don't have bis stops though. But there is a bus terminal around 2 blocks down the street
