How to remove roads from ports?

I saw a video recently where someone used a mod to detach/remove the roads from fishing ports and replace it.

Those fixed roads are really annoying when trying to build a tight fit port area.

Which mod do I need for this?

Use "Touch This!" to just upgrade/change them and/or "Move It!" if you absolutely want to remove them entirely.
