Unique buildings give people jobs??

Hi, I have been playing for a long time and today I was wondering if unique buildings employ citizens?

Now, I have RICO unique buildings and some of them seem to employ people but do vanilla buildings do the same, and is there a mod or smth to see how many can be employed there and the education status??

They do employ citizens, some of them quite a few. You can load the building templates in the asset editor and see how many workplaces they have.
