How does one fix Method not found: 'NetSegment.GetLeftAndRightLanes'. [System.MissingMethodException]

I have no mods installed and I've verified my game and reinstalled it.

But your save game did use a traffic mod and now that the mod is no longer usable or unsubscribed, that save is also unusable.
Lessons to be learned.
Always save before implementing any mods.
Use mods that are reliable and kept up to date.
Learn to manage traffic without traffic mods.

all true from grapple there, there is ofc mods that will ignore errors, but if you want to return to a true vanilla,(as i just did) , you have to disable all mods, delete all saves, and delete your own content, ie, things you made.
