Building a golf course.

So, I want to build a golf course in my city so looking through the assets it seems there isn't a decent-looking, good-sized, plop-and-done golf course. Just a bunch of "create your own" assets. Which, fine. I'll deal.

But is there any good props/plopable buildings to serve as the clubhouse? The only one that seems available is a large white building that looks like a resort hotel or the mansion for a head of state. Not the type of clubhouse you'd see for an average or typical golf course you'd see in a community outside of the rare resort golf courses.

So any buildings out there that serve as an "average" club house for a golf course? if not one specifically made to be one just a plopable, generic-looking, building?
