Whats the De-Zone tool?

Hi all, what does the De-Zone tool do on the zoning area? thanks

It removes zoned areas and buildings will despawn. the you can rezone a different zone or just make it into something else.

or u can right click on tile / hold right click + drag when using other zone type to fast dezone.
