Strange old broken down pre-existing building in-game.

I was expanding my city tiles to a railroad and see there is a broken down old building pre-existing on the map on the railroad.

I never seen one before. At first I thought it was a free rail station. but upon closer examination it isn't even clickable.

Yes, in some maps there are pre-placed assets to spice up the maps. There is all from castles, lighthouses to large bunker complexes and the railway factory. I find it quite nice to make some of the maps use these bunkers as a sort of natural part of my city, as a.. national park I guess. Makes a great addition to some cities. :)

Yeah, I was thinking of making an old ghost town. I just never seen this before. Maybe it was added on with all of the rocks everywhere now.

Yes, that is right. The small patch after After Dark release added them. And a ghost town sounds cool - and unique to your city, makes it a little more fun when your town is personal and not just like everyone elses. :D

They first got added after Snowfall.. I tried to start a new vanilla map and noticed them myself. Looks really awesome.

Oh yeah, Snowfall, I've gotten used to writing After Dark over time :P But yes, it is Snowfall. :) And yes, looks really cool ! :D
