the latest dlc plazas&promenades perfect for a city with about 1 million population ,using realistic population mod
Greencities,beautiful buildings
sunset harbor,don't buy
(1-best to 11-ok):
1. Industries
2. Mass Transit
3. Campus
4. Green Cities
5. Sunset Harbour
6. After Dark
7. Natural Disasters
8. Park Life
9. Snowfall
10. Airports
11. Plazas & Promenades
- These all adds vital things to your city such as asymmetrical roads, trams, trolleys, park areas which will massively boost your land value, industries that'll keep your city afloat in money and much better education (and bonuses)
After Dark, Sunset Harbour, Green Cities, Natural Disasters, Airports and Plaza's & Promenades are all optional.
- These do not add anything nearly as great as the rest and most of it is either already present in a minor way or just not necessary to have, they're not bad DLCs, but if your budget is tight the above are better grabs.
I'd suggest a website, but Steam doesn't like it.. Look up instant gaming on google.. They'll hand the stuff to ya for half the damn price of steam..
And don't forget! The Workshop is the best DLC.. Go nuts in there man, you can expand your collection of.. stuff with all your heart desire!
Everything else are situational depend on their content type.
"Park Life" park cannot be put out unless you have "Natural Disasters". Is this true or has this glaring error been addressed?
I don't believe that any DLC is dependent on the assets of another DLC (it just would not make sense for players).
