If you want to know how to apply the right lane connections, priority signs etc. Try my Roundabout Pack. All roundabouts in it allready have the right amount of lanes, and TM:PE settings applied to them.
Hope you've got the necessary DLC's for it though.

Know that roundabouts, just like intersections, have their maximum capacity. If the roads still get congested, you need to build alternative routes.
I'll go take some screenshots. I don't feel like there's enough traffic coming in at this point to make things hang up. They're just not pulling out into the roundabout.
I'm not currently making any lane connections with TMPE, when I do everyone seems to exit at the first right hand turn they come to and not switch lanes. Be back soon with some more screenshots

Here are two screenshots with how I would apply the lane connections. One is for a rounadabout with four road connections, the other is for the one like yours which has three road connections:

If you follow the lines you'll see how traffic will move around on the roundabout. Specific lanes for specific destinations, and the possibility for traffic to make a U-turn.
If you have any nodes in the middle of the roundabout (in between two road connections) make sure the lanes are connected to each other one on one. (i.e. the right lane connected to the right lane, the middle lane connected to the middle lane, and the left lane connected to the left lane.)
I mean I could just turn traffic despawning on, but what fun is that.
Taking another look at the second screenshot of comment #4, I see you've got the option 'switch lanes' or 'lane changing' applied to the roads approaching the roundabout. This makes both lanes of the approaching roads act/function the same, as traffic can choose any lane on the roundabout from either lane on the approaching road. This in turn ensures that all traffic approaching the roundabout is doing so in one and the same lane. So if you prefer not to use lane connections, I'd disable that option on these nodes. Make sure you have 'Dynamic Lane Selection' enabled though.
Max did a great job of explaining the connectors.
this roundabout should work.
maybe the problem is outside of TMPE.
the base game comes with an option to set stop signs at junctions, it's easy to forget with all the options TMPE has.
maybe somehow these base games stop signs got placed there?
you can check for them in the Traffic Routes info view if you switch to the 2nd tab "junctions".
