Sorry but you're incorrect. I have no trouble with other games and I'm pretty sure the OP doesn't either.
Well you don't have a clue what you're talking about then.
If a mouse click is too much work for you, no one can help you.
Every computer is different. You should have known that when you posted your so-called instructions!
On my pc, pressing the Win key + Tab changes windows, BUT it does NOT minimise the window. Pressing Alt+Tab minimises games and other programs with no problems, except for Cities Skylines.
ONLY pressing the "Windows" key during the fullscreen game switches to the desktop. The combination ALT+ENTER switch to the windowed mode. You can now reduce the window size with the mouse and then with a mouseclick to the "_" field on the right corner the window switches into the taskbar.
In both cases you can see your desktop.
And, with the same operating system the function is the same on all computers, NO difference!
