Statue of Liberty
Eiffel Tower

Grand central terminal

Original Soundtrack:
This Original Soundtrack includes 14 unique tracks mixed from the ambient music of the game, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful music whenever you want.

I use all five of the DeLuxe landmark assets and haven't seen any workshop landmark assets that are better than these. So, for me it was worth it.

Wow, how useless. I'm glad I went for the base game with the lack of any info on what extra stuff there is!

Actually I just copied this from the main page here on Steam where it says "Digital Deluxe Edition" under that point everything for this edition is explained. But I assume that either your scroll button for your mouse or your down key isn't working. ;)
