Airport DLC
If you purchase the Airports DLC does it unlock at the beginning of the game or at a certain milestone. Thanks.

DLC's get unlocked when you install and activate them.

I mean when can you start building airports. Vanilla airports do not unlock until around 60k population. Is it the same with this DLC?

I think it is at the 2nd or 3rd milestone that you can build the Airport stuff?.....

To unlock the Airport District area that you will need to build airports, you will need to get through the 3rd Milestone on any map. Once this is done, building airports will be part of the game. Getting through the 3rd milestone is very easy all you need is 2,800 population.
