im so sad i missed the humble bundle

ive wanting to really get into this game for a long time, i feel like having all the DLCs are essential (for me at least) but can't pay out over 100 euros, found out there was a bundle with all dlcs for 20€ recently now im sad :(

Put the DLC you really want on your Steam Wishlist and Steam will tell you when they are on sale. But, first, ask yourself "Do I really want the radio stations?" and, "Do I want the Content Creator Packs?" If you can answer yes to those questions for the stations or CCPS, then add those to the Wishlist as well (I like some of the CCPs, they do add a different look to certain areas.

Hard to believe someone would create a thread in a forum on Steam to simply say they are sad about missing a 3rd party DLC sale. Seems fishy imo. :-p

Not all DLC are essential. Contrary to popular belief, this game, as well as most Paradox games, are not "unplayable" without all DLC. The DLC for CS is designed so that you can pick what features you want, and ignore those you don't. I would suggest buying the base game (on sale) and building up a city or two to learn which parts of the game you want expanded or what features you want added. From there you can wishlist the DLC that would expand those parts of the game and buy them (again, on sale).

cdkeys have the game and DLC all massivly reduced .. try there? (platinum edition is £5.99 if i remember right)
