i admire your sense of entitlement.
respect.
Have you ever tried to land a plane using the Airports DLC? Or tried to pick up garbage around the P&P?
(LOL I might have been!)
Of course now the worry is... will it actually solve some issues, or will it be another KSP 2.
Hopefully all of the good ones that can be used end up in the base. I hope CSL2 drastically improves mod support by learning from CSL.
1) You can't "steal" something which was given away free in the first place.
(Although it's only fair when mod creators can get some donations for their efforts, unlike the rules set by some (*ahem*KSP*ahem*) greedy companies.
2) Do we want a good follow up, or something that falls short and disappoints everyone? If you want something good, you'll hope that they "steal" anything they can get working.
3) I doubt much (perhaps assets and "concepts") will be re-usable anyway...
I'm not optimistic on this point but I do hope it's the end of obnoxious donut vans and giant clown heads. Let modders do that stuff if they want. Just focus on realism, fundamentals and mod support innovations as much as possible. The content and fan support will come for free after that. I also hope they can find a business model that doesn't involve breaking change DLC spam (or at least, don't break modded stuff for DLC releases).
Not the same engine, Unity 6 (or just "Unity" now) compared to the old Unity 5.
How better it is, I'm not sure, but surely they haven't gone backwards.
Actually it is on a completely different Unity engine.
Nice to see you both.
Provocation had to be done
and it was listened to.
Into this final year if there is any way to drop full answers and tricks and maneuvers to users for this edition, it will help in preparing others for the new game.
Advantages will matter less for this edition. CS will be set aside.
Full release of info and help when asked in these final months
will only assist others in preparing and better understanding for CS!!.
