Go into your settings of the game and there you can change the options for this mod
Sometimes the problem is missing content, so try going to content manager, savegames, find your current saved game, then click subscribe all, then enable all, and then try to launch it again with all workshop intact. Don't forget to say a couple of prayer.
If this fails, then it may be a corrupt saved game file, usually caused my too much workshop and running out of memory. Or possibly, a a "exit to desktop" type mod, that exited the game while it was saving the game and corrupted the saved game file.
