problem with maps being blue with black pixle squares

EDIT: i have fixed the problem turned out to be a mod i dont even remember ever adding to the game called dynamic resolution witch i got rid of i went and had a look and added the fixed vertion.

Hi i got a problem ive installed the dlc bundle and all my maps when i try to start a new game are blue with these square black box pixle things when i move i have uninstaled reinstaled did not work.

then got a new problem where when i was picking a map it kept rubberbanding back to the top map and kept changing map name i fixed that by verafying game cach but it did not fix the blue screen.

i tested DLC maps and not DLC maps all the same can any help the link below leads to a picture of the problem on my steam.

EDIT: i turned off natural disasters dlc and green citys and the problem went away maps went back to normal so there is something wrong with those 2 dlc.

it is far more likely there is a problem with one or more of your mods that is conflicting

wierd thing is i figured it out the dynamic reolution mod witch i dont remember ever adding to my game though it was turned off i got rid off and got the dinamic resolution fixed vertion and now the game works.

though i still dont remember adding that mod in the first place so is fixed for now.
