Cims go to work and shopping, they do not visit each others. they go to parks etc but tourist go as well.
I do not build a metro before I have 100k!
It shouldn't be, at least a few passengers I believe? I have 40k now.
Actually I see some cims walk in station but walk out again, they didn't take metro.
I build my metro on a loose 120u x 120u grid, using
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1332854076&searchtext=two+platform+metro
which puts every thing and every one within easily acceptable walking distance from at lest one metro station. My citizens are so eager to ride they sometimes start off walking the wrong way to catch a ride if that is closer.
How many tiles are you playing?
@ snowflizer
Thanks :)
Was having the same problem trying a station called The Simple Inner City Metro, I got off the Workshop. Deleted all these stations and replaced them with the standard one and all works now, Cims pouring into and out of my metro.
Hope this helps anyone else having this problem.
Yes thank you. I used the same stations and had the problem. Build the normal vanila stations and it worked.
Good solution.
