your failure listed is different than mine:
mine says "Argument is out of range. Parameter name: Index"
yours might be a mod issue-are you subscribed to a vehicle management mod

i'm subscribed to advanced vehicle options

i'm subscribed to the same mod
and my simulation failure is different......
don't know if it's a mod issue or game developer issue

Were you using More Vehicles previously and then removed it?

maybe I removed some vehicles, so I have to subscribe it again

If you were using the More Vehicles mod you will need to leave it subscribed and enabled to use saves that have been created with that mod enabled.

I had been using the More Vehicles mod but everything was ok. Then I unsubscribed some assets (trees, vehicles, buildings) and mods related to graphics, after that the issue started to appear. When the issue started I thought the problem was related to "More Vehicles mod" or "Advances vehicle options so I unsubscribed both. Then I tried to play C:S and the issue was still yet.

You will need to re subscribe to More Vehicles - try subscribing to any missing vehicle assets as well

Thanks for your help! The issue has gone! I re subscribed to the mod "More Vehicles" and re subscribed to some vehicle assets. Thanks a lot!
