Turn off white building placement view so I can see the building.
I'm ttrying to make a nice little plaza and put in a theatre, but it turns to the white view. I would like to see what the sides of the building look when it snaps to a road. For example, when placing RCI zones you can see the world in regualar view. It doesnt turn white.

Just remember, this is a double edges sword. it messes with other screen modes as well.

Also, it seems it is an old version. There seems to be a new one here:
