Otherwise you need to create more jobs. It puts young adults to work as teens graduate university now.
Yours look minimal, my unemployment skyrocketed over 50% one tine. lol you only have 11%. That's very minimal. I run 10% at all times.
Your demands have plummeted likely from all of the almost instant full education leveling up your buildings across the map. You can now bulldoze all of your schools as they are no longer needed.
Hopefully you saved a new save before plopping down the Collider as removing it will be disastrous. You will have city wide low land values and mass abandonment issues if removed.
If you need more advice, it would be helpful to post a save of your game to get a better feel of your city.
But right now your city is in transition and just wait for it to level itself out. Hit x3 speed to quicken things up.
I may leave it for a bit, so I can get that 50% unemployment building :D
I just want to try and figure out what's missing in my city to fix it.
And I'm not worried about my land value. I have the Eden Project too. So land value is no problem. And my education level was high to begin with.
I would start a new city for the 50% employment. It could take forever to recover on a well established city.
And does that include themes and building types? Cause I have a few of those packages too :D
If you still want me to look at it, maybe post a newer save and I can take a peek at it.
Let me see if I can upload a new one. But for the most part, my current city seems to have corrected itself.

I'll check it out after breakfast.
Did you wait it out? It can take awhile like subscription. You might even have to do it two or three times if it crashes. It is very slow. Hopefully they improve on it on the next patch.
That's strange. It went for me just fine. Did you try a reboot?
Here's a screen shot:

but everything looks fine. Unemployment is a little low. It should stay a little higher with the collider.
I added a little more transportation to your tourist district. There were a lot of complaints of visitors/ I added an airport, passenger train and passenger ship. I had to do some landscaping for the huge airport. I placed in the corner (a bad idea) and should be behind the tourist district in the partially open area. Same with train. I just polpped it there since it was near the stadium then ran a road near the space elevator.
You should put most of your tourist attractions together. Otherwise you get tourist all over your city roaming around. Maybe move them in that small area by the space elevator.
But all-in-all it looks fine.
Any specific issues you might be having?
The collider caused a spike down to like 70%, And now it's back up to 91% and seems to have stablized there.
I currently have been focusing on ferries and other odd knick knacks. But my next step is to start expanding industrial districts, becuse strangely I have a demand for industry again (although it could just be offices).
Wait, complaints of visitors? How did you see that?
I thought tourist attractions would be good spread out a little, so people don't have to travel too far.
I thiought I put the tourist places all in one area. What did I miss?
I can't tell if it's because of the death wave or not.
