Tips for someone with motion sickness from game?

I have tried searching but didn't find anything on this subject. I have serious motion sickness sometimes from plaything the game. Scrolling, zooming in and out, and trying to just move the camera around so I can see from different angles. Are there any setting I can change to minimize this effect? Can I invert the mouse controls when I move the camera around?

Help me please! All i want to do is play and have fun!

There is a mod that changes how you interact with the map. It's a click and drag method of scrolling. It also changes speed of camera movement based on the drag length. It only operates when "NO" tools are being used which can be disorienting itself. Also has a smoother zoom function. Also had zoom to cursor which is nice till you forget and it send you clear across the map. It's a good mod after you get the control of it.

They both feel like home to me. I too don't react favourably to the vanilla movement.

In the games OPTIONS "game play" options there are tools like Rotation Sensitivity . I turn that one way, down.

To change the angle of the camera is click-drag the mouse wheel. This is also rotate.

Yes, this is the offending function. I need to fix the way this works.

I wonder if ginger would work. It's supposed to help in a car or on a boat where there is actual motion. My wife and I make a tea out of ginger and honey, not because of motion sickness, but for other health reasons.

people get motion sickness from games for many different reasons.
FoV is one.
motion is one.
low FPS is one (the not-smooth motion can cause motion sickness).
your screen size and brightness is also a factor.

what is the factor that makes your stomach churn?
different people get motion sickness from different factor. As far as I concern, overly bright screen & moving around too much with severely low FPS can cause it very easily.
