Industry tabs not showing, only fishing and garbage

I had to watch a few youtube videos before I even found out industry tabs were a thing! Please help, I tried disactivating mods but it didn't do the trick!

Quit game to desktop. At homepage Left side scroll down to Cities Skylines and right click.

Select Properties and on page the pops up scroll down to Local Files and there select "Verify integrity of game files" When that's done log off steam from drop down at Username top right. Wait for steam to update and then close login screen. Finally reboot computer.

Restart everything and check to see if issue still exists.

Hi, thank you for answering so fast!
I did everything you told me to but it didn't work either. I got an error message telling me to delete or rename a folder that might have been damaged because of my using a more recent version of the launcher. I don't understand what it means.
MTW, I'm on Mac.
