If that doesn't help, please make a report on our support forum so we can investigate what's up

Technically, the International Airport is a hub because it has a built-in metro station. *But*...this is not working for me for some reason. Nobody is using the metro despite it being connected to several popular loops (with stops placed, obviously). What gives? Is this a bug?
I tried placing a single blimp line (one at the International Airport) and I had *hundreds* of sims wanting to use it. The blimps could not cope no matter how many I assigned. They are simply far too low in capacity and far too slow to land, board and take off (realistic I guess).
So why did so many people want to use the blimps and nobody is using the metro? Were people actually travelling to the International Airport *just* to use the blimp???
All I can say is that I've used it without issue in the past. I haven't built that airport in a while so I don't know if an update broke it or not.
Quite likely considering the metro-monorail-train hub is partially broken, and they still haven’t fixed the “Allow intercity trains” bug either. They sure are taking their sweet time on that. Someone made a mod already but I want to keep achievement unlocking possible on this city and I don’t trust any other mods that claim to reenable achievements once they’ve been locked. None have ever worked for me.
I’m guessing the problems are quite significant. Something to do with the new Airports DLC perhaps. It’d be nice if the developers engaged more in Steam forums, but few do. It’s by far the primary platform and storefront for this game I would’ve thought. Then again, I’m getting pretty pissed off with Steam of late, so maybe I’ll start to buy elsewhere. At least the workshop feature of Steam works pretty well. Not sure if any other platforms support that yet.
This one's always worked for me: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1567569285
Thanks. I'll give it a go, while also keeping a saved copy of my unlocked city to go back to. It's more or less fully developed anyway so I'm not building too much more.
