1100 eligible but 0 enrolled?
I built a university in my city and it has gone through 2 academic cycles with no works or anything. I looked to see what the student enrollment said and it was zero with a capacity of 7300. I looked and my city has over 1100 university eligible citizens and I do not have any ordinances on that would stop them from going to university, if anything I have ordinances that encourage getting an education. Is there something I’m missing or is this a glitch in the update?

When taking a picture, you need to turn off the white haze - I can't tell what anything is. 1st guess is that you didn't place dorms so they are accessible. Add metro and bus lines to bring in students.

Can’t really have the overlay off because it automatically comes up when I pull up the elegible students and enrolled students but I will do some straight down pics to show where everything is.

Click on Info Views in the upper left, then on education. That will turn the haze off. Makes it easier to place buildings. Works on parks and industries too :steamhappy:

Hard to tell if it's a bug due to the army of mods you have enabled.

I know about that trick but the first picture where the enrollment and eligible stats was done after doing that. I looked over my campus and it looked like there were some issues in the area where my dorms were, the paths didn't exactly look like the connected with the dorm buildings. I redid the dorm area with the dorms facing roads instead of paths as well as added a cafeteria in the area. It's mid academic session so I won't see any instant results but below are the pictures of my university with all overlays (other than the UI) turned off.

The dorms

The administrative building, school of law, school of medicine, and a couple other buildings

Something's gotta be broken in this. Redid my dorms and improved both traffic and public transport in my city and university, total number of eligible at start of new academic year was over 1600, 500 more than before. Still, enrolled students is at zero.

Same thing for me. No students at my university, dorms, or educational buildings....

It seems to be caused by having a Hadron Collider. I made a thread about it. I'm also juggling my other University buildings on/off depending on population.

I’ve never used the Hadron Collider in my city though. I even completely tore out my university and rebuilt it and nothing changed.

Im having a similar issue, although i did get students enrolled for the first 2 academic years but after getting the second tier unlocked, student numbers started dropping from 900 something to 0 and they dont seem to be in the mood to go up regardless of what i do

Glad now that I didn't rush to buy this. I always let time pass on dlc for this game before thinking about purchasing.

The game is terribly broken. It has been since late 2018. i remember because that was when I built San Polas. It had a population of 1,320,977 people. The very next city I built had around 430,000 but I could never get any jobs despite having nearly double the number of jobs available as people. This game is very frustrating because it never gets fixed and the problems just keep piling up. No one seems to have any interest in fixing it though. I have talked to the devs multiple times since 2018 ended and no one has responded after sending them countless messages. I guess the devs just don't care anymore. What a shame. :steamsad:
never thought that perhaps the mods you are using cause these issues?

According to your screen shot you have 100% graduated citizens. There has to be another source of education, Mod or building, or modded building that is causing your Cims to be educated without the need for any type of University.

The Cims in my city are attending the universities that i have without issue. I have a soon to be level 4 Trade school university and a Level 3 Liberal Arts University. Both with over 1000 attendance.

My advice is to make sure you dont have any building that Educate your people, whether its a Wonder building like a Hadron collider or some Downloaded building that educates your people at some exponential rate.

Most likely it is something simple and easily overlooked. If somehow you had something active and shut if off you will probably need to wait several years to get enough students to start going to your colleges.
