But if they are ones that you downloaded from the Workshop then they appear in Drive Letter\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\ and do a folder search for .crp files..
i dont see anything there

Is where my assets located but no mods
See that 9 digit number for every folder? That is the Steam Workshop file number and it applies to every piece of content in the Workshop which can include everything - assets as well as mods.
Your mods are there too.
For example, if you check the URL for this mod,
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502750307
... you'll see that the ID number at the end is '502750307' and that will be the folder number where it can be found.
So, go to the Workshop and find a mod you know you use. Look at the ID number and then use your Windows file search for that number. Then right click the resulting match found and select show file location. You'll find it is in the same location... the 255710 content folder ;)
But im confused as Im trying to do something cause i wanna delete the files and stuff and i guess you can say it as backup.
Im trying to sort it on the )system > user > colossal order> cities skylines >addon > mod and assets. But im confused which one is mod and assets
Manage your subscribed content via the Content Manager in game...
or alternatively, via your Profile/Workshop. On the right handside of your Workshop, you'll see a drop down menu and if you select 'Your subscribed items', then all of your subscribed items will be listed and you may unsub them from there.
Either of these methods are enough to remove mods from your system.
Now, since many mods will create their own additional files when you use them, after you have unsubbed and removed the mods, these additional files will remain, so at this point you can manually delete these. They can usually be found in the parent folder for Cities: Skylines, and sometimes in the Addons folder too. You can identify them most of the time by their name.
Just be careful and do not delete the cities.exe file in the parent folder!
