Mod for changing resource colors?

Hi all. I'm legally blind, but I still have some vision so I can still play video games. I also have some color blindness. Almost everything in Cities Skylines is easy for me to see, but I have a lot of trouble differentiating between the resource colors between oil, forest, and ore. Are there any color correction mods, or any mods for that matter which edit the resource colors so they are more distinct?

You don't need a mod.
The game has a built in theme editor.
Using this you can change the texture for anything used in game. So, with the aid of an image editor you can create your own textures or grab them from the internet, and then substitute the default textures with those of your own.

Create your theme and then load your game map with that theme and the textures that work best for you will be used in place of the default.
