Change the 3 lane to the highway into 2 lanes and the 2 lanes before this part into 3 lanes
With this option enabled, traffic will use multiple lanes that lead into the same direction, and only use the ONE lane at the very last moment (last node).
This option askes a lot from your computer, so make sure it can handle it. I would also set the 'Simulation Accuracy' to medium at least. (also in the TM:PE options menu)
Many traffic issues solved thanks to you.
One option that makes things easier, is if you allow busses to ignore lane arrows.
Why do you suggest to set 'Dynamic Lane Selection' to 50 % ? Why not 100 %
Consider enabling DLS for only a small percentage of vehicles (e.g. 50%) since it tends to favor egoistic behavior which in turn may lead to more traffic jams.

I always set it to 50%, and it works and looks fine.
Really? I've run it at 75% all the time. Never have any troubles. But I'll set it to 50% and see if I see any different.
