Stations with more than one platform?

Are there any mods that add platforms to above-ground metro stations or rail stations?

There are plenty of modular stations on the workshop.
Look in my train collection, you find at least 3 for trains.
Now if you use this mod to remove the tracks you can have metros with multiple platforms

In my collection there are metro hubs too but not parallel platforms.

Where is your train collection?

Would the mod you linked to convert a vanilla metro station to a two-platform metro station?

Meanwhile, I found this mod with three overground metro stations, based on the vanilla metro station building:

It has a double island platform that looks like it will allow two metro trains to load/unload at the same time:

The mod can convert each track into something else, read the description.
And yes if the station has two train tracks you can convert both into metro tracks.

Yes, the station can handle two metro stops.

Are you using MOM?

I'm probably missing something in the translation but I've tried to install MOM a couple of times on both sides of a complete systems flush and in both cases my experience has been that "MOM" doesn't always or in my case ever like to play well with others.

That is fair enough, I have used MOM now for years. Maybe something is conflicting.
Can I have a look on what mods you use?

Another multiplatform station. It has quad tracks for the main route to allow trains to bypass and then it has an additional set of tracks. It appears in the Hub section of the transport tab

If you remember can you tell me if the platforms are designed to handle one way or two way traffic. I understand that we're talking about a four platform station design but as best as I could tell from the short video loop included only the inner two platforms with by passes appeared to be functional.

The quad tracks have two way traffic on both the outer two and inner two tracks.

The line on the far side of the station has two way traffic as well.
