So: Fences, quays, power lines, roads, rails. These can all be found in the Workshop under the 'Road' category. (So instead of road, you should read network)

Props on the other hand are single items, you have to place in line. So when it comes to a fence prop you'll need a mod like the one linked by CyberVibes to place multiple in a line.
