How to place fencing in a line

In this video at 5:26 he puts the fence in a line, like multiple objects. I was just wondering if there is a mod to do this or is there a control.

Or you could simply go for a 'network'. Network is the term/name for anything you can build like you the way you build roads. (dragging a line, either straight or bended)

So: Fences, quays, power lines, roads, rails. These can all be found in the Workshop under the 'Road' category. (So instead of road, you should read network)

Props on the other hand are single items, you have to place in line. So when it comes to a fence prop you'll need a mod like the one linked by CyberVibes to place multiple in a line.
