Mixed Use Buildings
I didnt find anything but i would love to have mixed use buildings meaning smth. like commercial on floor level and residantial use in the floors above - all in one building. Anyone have an idea how to get this to work? thx

There are no true mixed in buildings, which is a pity. You can use assets built in for that to stack them, or any asset in particular and hide another one inside of it to generate the dual demand, but that means some work, and definitely no growables.

I am sure someone would have created this if it would be possible. However I don't think it is possible. As there are none on the workshop.

They are either commercial or Residential not both.

The way it works is that you use moveit to put both on top of each other. You have a commercial bottom with a residential topper: the result is a mixed use building.

So these assets do what you want them to do.

And use noise pollution remover to stop your cims from complaining if you use kimths method.

I use mixed use blocks. Low comm/High comm. Office/High Res. Low comm/High Res. That's about the only way you can do it without assets and fidgetry.
