Traffic junction stop signs toggle broken
The stop signs/stop light toggle in traffic junctions quit responding to mouse over and toggle. The only way I can set them is with TMPE now. But that won't show the stop signs at the intersection.

Is there a known mod conflict causing this that anyone knows about?

Are you completely closing TMPE when you try this?

Yes, I have TMPE closed when trying this.

Does this also happen without mods? You can easily disable all mods using the -noWorkshop and -disableMods launch options.

How To Set Launch Options
  • Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
  • Enter the launch options you wish to apply in the box (be sure to separate each code with a space). Should look like this:
    -noWorkshop -disableMods
  • Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

The "-noWorkshop -disableMods" thing didn't work, the game still loaded up with all my mods anyway. (Not sure what that's about.)

Honestly, I was hoping someone had run across this issue and had a quick answer before I start painstakingly finding the offending mod on my own. The game takes 6-7 minutes to load and disabling mods one by one to find the culprit takes an awful long time.

If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.

Then you probably didn't type it in correctly and the game couldn't understand it. Not that it should matter because it's very likely a mod issue anyway.

Probably matters little but when I enter those commands I do use a double hyphen.
--noWorkshop
--disableMods
Though I have seen many state they use the one dash method and worked.

Thx, guys! I'll give it another go. Wish me luck! :P

Well, I disabled and/or deleted some mods that would seem to be the likely suspects to no avail, which leads me to believe that it might be TMPE overriding the vanilla stop lights and stop signs in the traffic routes junction overlay.

I got carried away playing the game so I haven't tested it by disabling TMPE yet. I'll let you know what happens when I do.

Cheers!

Yep, TMPE is the culprit. Now we know.
HayManMarc Mar 28, 2022 @ 12:22am
Wow! Seems like they fixed it already! Yay!

I didn't do anything but add more mods. Lol!

I had the same issue, and no conflicts or compatibility issues were found. That said, I updated a couple mods and uninstalled a couple disabled mods, and then restarted a new city, and the problem went away. (Was still broken in the old city.)

Maybe I spoke too soon. It came back on a different city, then went away again on yet another.....really annoying.

I had this same issue. Turned out to be 81 tiles mod. After unlocking all tiles, the toggle started working again. Took forever to figure out.
