mod of 'always full cargo-trains' ?

greetings,
A while ago I saw a mod that let all cargo trains always full, so, less traffic.
It also deletes road-traffic, cars, that are only passing the city.

Sure I subscribed, but I don't see it in the mod-list . Cargo-trains still half empty.

I don't see it anymore in the workshop (or forgot how it looked like)
Or was it a function inside another mod ? Checked all my traffic mods.
Any idea which mod it could have been ?

aha, thanks ! Ago I saw some screenshots of the mod with emptyl anf full trains, but that must have been at some explanations of it.

From the mod's Workshop page: These vehicles will wait 4 times as long to collect cargo before appearing at the map edge or at stations. You can increase this even more in the options, but factories and power stations might run out of supplies. It only applies to large vehicles, not trucks or cars.

So if there's no one waiting at the edge of the map or at stations, the train can still be empty even if it waits 4 times longer...

yeh, understand, try to find a balance, that long lines of (empty) trains waiting looks a bit unrealistic, thanks
