Green Cities not compatible with Snowfall?
First off, no mods.

Now that THAT is out of the way... I learned the hard way that Green Cities is not compatible with Snowfall. Specifically, the Self-Sustaining Housing content don't have a "snow" version. I turned it on and all my residential areas disappeared in my snow map. Incidentally, the same thing happens when playing with the European themes, both the Vanilla one and the new Suburban one.

Strangely enough, there are snow versions of the IT Cluster and Organic Shops content...

I have both DLCs but I haven't tried the winter maps yet. Shall try and see what gives.

I have tested it and I do get Self-Sustaining Buildings on a winter map when I have applied the district policy.

Do you have any mods running? There used to be that problem with 81tiles before there was an update ....

He said he doesn't have any active. The game may still load their local configuration files that can mess up the game, even if those mods are disabled.

As for the European theme, the update reset it to not active in content manager.

Personally my only mods running are the two provided basic ones and the building theme manager and I get the self-sustaining buildings.

The test for him then would be removing them and cleaning the folder?
