Re-texturing workshop buses.

Does anybody know of a simple way to find and re-texture bus mods (e.g. Alexander Dennis / Plaxton / Optare) that people have uploaded to the Workshop, purely for personal usage? I'd like to repaint some into the new Stagecoach and Oxford Bus Group liveries. Also, is there an easy way to change the driving side so they can be LHD or RHD? Any help (for a beginner that can't use something like Blender but can use GIMP?) Thanks!
