Why do you feel you need to buy everything?
Try buying the base game first and see if you even actually like it.
There was over 200,000 free DLC on the workshop that last time I looked, if you think you need more DLC.
None of the DLC is required, plus you get a little bit of each DLC in the base game, so it comes with a lot of extra stuff than release day.
If you owned the game for 6-years and not played it very much, why do you think you need all of the DLC now? Plus you will be paying for some of the the same DLC twice. And the collection doesn't have everything.
