I've never seen a drain water spawn point. I'm assuming they're in the water category?

I drove through Twin Falls a lot and I love the area. Sort of like a mini Grand Canyon. You gonna put Evil Knevel in there too? ;)
if you put a water spawner below water level it will act as a drain.
put it above water level and it will spawn water.
it tries to make the sourounding water level equal it's own level.
just click it with the landscaping tools and drag it up and down
edit:
if you are just after the looks of a river draining into an underground channel and reemerging somewhere else then I agree with mytwo, useing a drain and a spawner both hidden under decoration will get that look perfectly across.
if you are after a river that can be used by ferries it gets way more complicated.
you need to keep that as a river and cover it up with surfaces and fake buildings.
you won't be able to zone in that area, streets will work as elevated but you will want some that keep the ground look when elevated.
if you are into plopping buildings and decorating this will be a fun project, if you like to zone and grow big this will be awfull and tedious to you.
