Game Crashes to Desktop When Starting/Loading a Map

I get the error saying "YYYY-MM-DD" has been created etc. I've uninstalled all assets, and the game, and did a clean install of the game, and re-subbed to the items that have been updated recently and aren't on the list of "broken mods". Yet I still get the same error.

Could it be related to RAM? Because I've noticed when my game crashes, any open windows go black. Discord crashes, steam launcher goes black, etc. I have the output file from an older crash a few days ago, and some error logs from earlier crashes today.

I never had issues with this game as bad as this. And if I did have errors, I'd be able to figure out which mod it was. But lately I'm just not able to figure it out.

It could be memory related, but it could also be something else. The easiest way for us to tell is to see the log. I recommend you make a thread on our official support forums and attach both the output_log.txt and the error.log there. Both are found in the folder the error mentions.

To easily find that folder, right-click on the game in Steam, select Properties, find the tab Local Files and click Browse. It will take you right to where the folder is created.

I've tried to post but it said I need to verify my account first, which I've clicked on the prompt a few times to get the verification email but it's been about an hour and no email yet. I can post the files here if that works.

It sounds like a similar problem to what I had last weekend and after some painful trail and error these are probably the culprits behind the crash.
1. Parallel Road Tool
2.Plop The Growables
3.Fine Road Tool
4.Fine Road Anarchy
5.Network Extensions 2
6.No Radioactive Desert And More!

Normally running all 6 of those will give you the crash log pop up but I found out that
Prefrab Hook along with Fine Road Tool, Fine Road Anarchy and parallel road tool will just straight up crash bypassing the error pop up.

I looked at my windows event viewer, and the game log files, and it looks like KERNELBASE.dll is the issue. I used the Command Prompt to do a health check and it said there were no issues. So I guess I just need to find a working file for KERNELBASE.dll and maybe it'll fix my issue?
