How to fix "Array index is out of range"?

My game doesn't work because of that and I have know idea whats happened.
It shows:
"A Mod caused an error [ModException]

Details:
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of range.
at OptionsMainPanel.AddUserMods () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 "

I tried to understand what is "OptionsMainPanel.AddUserMods", is that one of my subscribed mod or something.

If you can post the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) from a fresh load, someone might be able to analyze it.
Here's where to find the log depending on your operating system. To easily find the local files for the game, right click your game in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab and select Browse local files.

Windows
<SteamFolder>\SteamApps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt

Mac OS X
Users/<username>/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

Linux
~/.config/unity3d/Colossal Order/Cities: Skylines/Player.log

Put all your mods (no assets) into 1 collection , set it to public and share the link here

I had this issue and it came from the mod hide it. Once removed and replaced with hide it bobby no longer have that error

I currently have a save that , probably because of "Move It" and monorail tracks being adjusted, has deleted my city, eg,,it loads but doesnt render, its a a node out of place im guessing,, help?

@Decimation try using loading screen mod and loading your save in safe mode found in the loading screen mod options before you load your save
