In that case I'm wondering what the new issue could be... Can you give more info? Screenshot perhaps?
2 other problems are occurring that led me to another wild goose chase perhaps.
1) Loading Screen Mod seems to do a fine job at listing assets but just as it is finishing, I get a screenshot of garbled gunk which appear to be foreign language.
2) I have to often close CSL via Task Manager once I save the game before ending a session. And if I ever do close the game as I normally would, if I have not gone through Task Manager to end anything Cities Skylines related, I get a screen that is 90% purple with the bottom of the screen showing a partial view of the game peeking below the purple screen.
I will have to get back on this tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow I'll get a screenshot up.
I remember when Cities Skylines was more fun than work. But I am at a point now where I feel there is more hope for a better game than ever before.
Thx MaxFX
Clearer version...
Activate options in Fine Road Tools and Fine Road Anarchy ONLY WHEN YOU NEED THEM, otherwise keep them turned off at all times.
For smaller rocks which are props, it's the settings you have with Prop and Tree Anarchy. Networks and buildings do not remove these props, only hides them, so they're back when you remove the roads or buildings. Enabling anarchy for props and trees stops this behavior.
I have done so many different things, I forgot what I have done. But this sounds logical.
