How to read out crash reports?
So after downloading (just downloading) a map mod, did not change anything else, the game crashes, when I load any map or create a new map. Looked into the crash report, to see, which mod could cause trouble, because deactivating every mod and checking for each one I have would take looong time.
If the log does not say anything worth, I'll do it the hard way:

*[log deleted because too long]

Other than that you have the choices of deleteing a stack of assets or upgrading to 16GB, for longevity i would recommend upgrading to 16GB as soon as possible.

Your out of ram, consider upping you page file to 24GB, upgrade to 16GB of ram or delete a load of assets.

Funny how it worked before, deleted about 50 assets a week ago, only have about 40 left. But okay

Your link is broken

Your pc seems to be right on the edge, 8GB is enough ram to run the base game and all the DLC's, soon as you start adding mods and assets it takes you over the break point, only by upping your page file and resisting from adding any more mods and assets will help here.

Also don't forget as your city grows it puts more strain on the available resources which then becomes the tipping point, the best solution is t upgrade your ram but upping page file will help for now.

They've migrated their links, try this link instead https://support.lenovo.com/at/en/solutions/migr-67530

Sooo... I just removed ALL mods I downloaded from the workshop. Not only assets, also things like Traffic Manager and so on. Completly vanilla game. Still crashing when loading an old save file or loading a new game. It cannot be RAM I guess.. Worked fine for 4 years, never any problem. Reinstalling? I think so..

Is there a crash report being generated?
If yes can you post your error.log report from the crash folder.

Crash folder will be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\ and the folder will be named something like this 2018-11-06_210742llook inside that and there will be an error.log report, copy and paste the text from it into your next post.

Then paste the contents into a site like https://paste.ee and then post the links to the files in your next post.
