although I do notice some latency when I have opened the TM:PE panel. I just made a habbit to only open it when I need it.
About 4 months ago I found a guide/test of how much each popular mods affect fps but I don't remember if it was here on steam or on youtube. I'm going to post the link if I can remember where I found it.
In the future i will add one more RAM
Alright, I'm waiting for the link

???
I doubeld my Ram up to 16 GB and I`m using 20 Mods and about 1800 assets
Running gentle using i7 3,4GHz and GTX 960 with more than 100k pop at 25 tiles
Loading time with loading screen mod is about 80 sec
This game needs CPU + Ram and it`s fine to use a fast SSD where everything is installed , but what experiences did you make ?
My PC's specs are i7 6700 3,4 Ghz, nVidia GTX 750 Ti, which can handle max settings, and 16 GB ram. Should I upgrade one of my specs?
I think you need a good CPU like your. and 16 GB is good. Thank you for information, i will delete them and i will see if is working better
Here are the links to threads that have tested several mods on performance scores:

I have already 1TB Hard Disk
Your proc and RAM is fine for virtually any modern titles these days, your graphic card though is on the weaker side. If you are planning to play lots of AAA games on 1080p resolution or higher with high to max settings then you can consider upgrading to something like a GTX 1060 with 6GB VRAM however for a game such as Cities Skylines, a GTX 750 Ti is sufficient unless you using some huge mega texture mod or playing beyond 1080p then consider upgrading to a better card with more VRAM.
