Service vehicles are not spawning

Service vehicles in my cities are not spawning anymore. The service buildings are sending only 2 vehicles outside. This goes for all services like garbage, fire, police, hospitals, helicopters, etc. I've deleted all the cities and reinstalled the game twice but the issue still exists. Even in scenarios the vehicles are not spawning. Please help out.

Make sure the road connections are good for them. Build them next to the busiest 6 lane roads. in the city, especially in the residental zones. And also turn off all traffic lights in the info view. Hope this helps. :)

I'm facing the same issue when I'm creating new cities. I haven't used any mods till date.

If its not a mod (you test this by launching the game with the workshop disabled) or you haven't reached the vehicle limits in the game then the game obviously considers 2 service vehicles are enough to clear the backlog, just give it time and wait for it to do its job. If you still have a problem then share a saved game in the workshop for trouble shooting.

If you are using the network extensions mode: the roads from the mode sometimes cause vehicles to despawn. If you arent using the mode, A your vehicles cant get to their destination or B there is no need for them.

Could you plz tell me how to disable the workshop?

Where is this network extension mode? How to remove it?

walk you though this real quick
close your game..
load up your steam window, find cities skylines
scroll down until you see the workshop button, go into that..
you should see your profile on the right now.. in a section that
says your workshop files, the little arrow on your files, drop that down
click subscribed items.. find your subscribed mods there... remove the
network extensions project.. you need to now find the newer one

Here is the one known to cause the problem(s) with some things like DLC and not work properly...

I noticed the same issue you described when I used the old network extension roads. Vehicles would not spawn onto them correctly if at all..

Oh and you'll want to update the traffic manager if you have the old one.. un sub that old one first.. the linked one.. president edition is the one I'm using, seems to work..

I followed the steps...nothing was subscribed there...it was empty.
