Unlimited money won't turn off
I turned off the unlimited money mod from the content manager but my city still has infinite money. I originally started this city without the mod and I dont remember ever turning it on for this city. Now even when I turn it off, I still have infinite money.

I think once that mod is activated and saved in a city it stays on for that city. Do you have older saves you can go back to and see if they have the mod activated in them as well?

That is incorrect.

Make sure that you do not have any other Unlimited money mods enabled in your Content Manager.

I have received saves that were made with unlimited funds on and changed them over. As well mistakenly save with it on and just need to go turn it off and save it again, it shouldn't be a issue.
I agree there is another mod at play here.

Had to remove all the mods and reinstall them and then I was able to change it.

I would suggest never using the built-in infinite money mod. I like this one much better:

It only give you more money when you're getting low, so it means the graphs are still useful.
