Weird grass/terrain over road
So in several parts of my city, this has happened. (see map). https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1017196749238175587/55746B2C39709492A03DBC879E538CB7DCDBAA58/
Weird grass/terrain over it. It's a street from the tiny roads pack. Joak's train station is on the far left, and the building to the right of that is Jack's Shoe Company buildings. The map is MrMiyagi's Sunset Harbor vanilla no DLC map.
I enjoy the map and layout, but can't figure out what the grass type stuff is making my road look furry. Prop&Tree anarchy is off.

If you replace it with another road, does it still happen?

It goes away, but if I let it run long enough, it will come back, sometimes on a different road. At one point, my entire downtown was covered and I had to replace each road, and then it went away.

I have a similar problem with trees being all in my roads and through buildings. I suppose it’s from a few mods not playing nicely together but haven’t taken the time to sort through them.

I turned tree/prop anarchy off and it helps with the trees through the building/roads, but yes, I have that same problem as well.

What mods are you running? Have you checked to ensure they are all up to date and no broke ones?

As for trees in roads and buildings - yes, that is Tree & Prop Anarchy mod. A quick read of the descriptions of these mods will explain how they work.

I get this occassionally, happens with paths, too. If you notice, it is usually one node which seems too low which lets the grass through. Other nodes on the same piece of network are otherwise ok. I see you have Move It! installed.

Using Move It! - raise the level of the grassy node to the same/equal level as a neighbouring node of the same network which is ok and does not have grass showing through. Replacing the road network is only temporary because the grassy node height has not changed.

Just in case, because I remember not knowing how to do that ..
(from memory)
Move It! - next to the bulldozer bottom right.
Open it
Click the UP arrow on the far right of the horizontal buttons to bring up the vertical buttons bar.
Click on the offending node so it is highlighted
Click the first button at the bottom of the vertical buttons
Click the grassy node

The grass will disappear!

When I do this, in my mind I am thinking .. make 'this node' same as 'this node' 😊

I think there's also a key combo, but I always use the buttons.

When laying networks using the automatic placement height (the left button above the A Anarchy button on Klyte's Tools) it may occasionaly find a network height and terrain height combination that are borderline and takes the lesser of the two and that's where this happens (<--I'm guessing).
