Snowfall temperature conversion?

Is there any way to change the temperature thermometer (Snowfall DLC) to Fahrenheit?

I haven't downloaded the DLC for this reason, wanted to make sure there was an option before buying it, but couldn't find any other discussion regarding this. Thanks.

You don't need the dlc for the thermometer to appear in game: ot was added in a free patch. The setting should therefore be in your game already.

All I have is this[ibb.co]. The temperature option isn't there.

As you can see from the screenshot above, it's Snowfall only. I clearly remember not having it before installing the DLC.
